Communication Specialist

Point Marketing is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join our dynamic marketing consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing internal and external communications that align with our clients' marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communication strategies for clients across various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and press releases.

  • Create and curate engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.

  • Assist in managing client communications, ensuring consistent messaging and tone.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional initiatives and client projects.

  • Maintain and update content calendars and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Handle partner inquiries and coordinate interviews and opportunities for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.

  • Proven experience in communications, content creation, or a related role.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media tools.

  • Ability to work independently (remote) and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.

Business Development Specialist

Location: Remote

Point Marketing is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to help our clients grow their business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our valued clients. 

​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities within the marketing and advertising sectors.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to understand their needs 

  • Collaborate with the Point Marketing team and client team to create customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.

  • Lead client meetings, pitch presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipelines, and forecasts.

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and client retention on behalf of Point Marketing clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the marketing or consulting industries.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing or marketing consulting is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of market trends and marketing strategies.
